Israel Lifshitz

CEO & Founder

Israel LifshitzIsrael Lifshitz, CEO, founded SysAid Technologies (formerly Ilient) in 2002. After years of working with complex, resource-heavy and costly software solutions, the gap in the market for simple, comprehensive and cost-effective software solutions was increasingly evident. That's when Israel devised SysAid, with the singular mission of simplifying the lives of IT and service desk managers all over the world.

Drawing from seven years IT industry experience and lessons learned from other software solutions, after extensive consultation with IT and service professionals, SysAid IT was launched in 2003. The infrastructure behind SysAid Technologies today was hand-built by Israel, who embedded his vision of simplicity into the core of the product, while ensuring the flexibility for future enhancements to come. Today, he continues to take a hands-on role in evolving SysAid Technologies in line with the dynamic needs of service managers, by engaging in direct consultation with SysAiders and industry professionals across the globe.

Israel wrote his first program at the age of 10 on a Commodore 64, and has not stopped programming since. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), and regularly lectures at Marketing and Entrepreneurship Forums.
