  Configure SysAid to Send and Receive SMS
 

Setup text messages (SMS) under Preference Integration
Text Message (Tab)

You can in fact configure SysAid CSS to send you automatic text messages when certain conditions are met, which is very useful for highly urgent requests, for instance.

 

  Create Quicklists
 

Create Quicklists for your users and customers to easily submit most common requests, under Preferences CSS Settings Quicklists (Tab)

 

  Setup due Dates
 

Enter default due dates according to categories for the services you provide under:
