Go to Preference CSS Settings General Settings (Tab)
The settings you determine here will influence various functionalities in your SysAid CSS, such as automatic emails sent to you, your co-workers and your customers, according to different situations.

Go to Preference CSS Settings Categories (Tab)
Here you can create your own categories to fit the services you provide.

| Step 5: Import/Create your contacts & accounts |

From the main menu go to Contacts , or to Accounts
You may export your contacts from outlook (or any other software) to a CSV file and then easily import them into SysAid CSS.
Another option is to enter them manually.
